control panels
Per OSHA and recommended by MSHA: All control panels (any electrical assembly of more than two components) must be a listed assembly by a certified manufacturer. As an ETL authorized panel shop, we design and build panels to nationally recognized UL508A and CSA 22.2 standards. This is becoming more crucial as legal departments are utilizing this often-overlooked facet to avoid injury and damage cases. We can utilize and update anything previously designed, or work with you from conception to final product. Whether your ideas are simple or complex, we can build what you dream.
PM & Management of change
Creating PMs that help improve longevity and find new deficiencies is one of the major hurdles in having a smooth preforming process. We can identify what needs looked at, how often, what should be changed, and build your process a scheduled maintenance program. Making all these great changes, but don't know how to keep your progress from regressing? Creating a "Management of Change" program ensures that any wire moved, set point changed, equipment replacement, or other process alteration has a set procedure for recording and tracking. Not only is this important for maintenance, but it is also invaluable for tracking process changes regarding performance of the change.
control systems programming & maintenance
If you are looking to add additional processes, reform, optimize, maintain, or even upgrade your current process control system; we can be of assistance! If it is programming new logic, adjusting current logic, working out network issues, upgrading the control network, troubleshooting hardware and I/O issues in the field, or creating a control system from inception- the solution is at your fingertips. If your current system is a manually controlled switch and relay process, or you still have your employees manually controlling the process (IE: manually turning valves); we can optimize your system by using industrial automation devices that will advance your process control scheme into a user-friendly automatic system. Removing some of the danger and human error from the equation creates safety and productivity in the workforce that is easily maintained. With the help of your team and our knowledge of process control automation and programming, we can get your system up to date by utilizing the most current technological advances on the market; making you process more stable, fluent, and reliable.
consulting
Not sure where to start? Plant optimization can be a daunting task. On site auditing allows us to incorporate the knowledge of all parties involved to pinpoint issues in need of improvement. Working with site managers, operations, and maintenance teams helps to obtain a full perspective on what solutions can be implemented.
ON SITE MAINTENANCE
Have a small operation where your operators ARE your maintenance team as well? We have the experience and resources available to fix most any instrumentation problem you're fighting.
CAD DRAWINGS
Unless you have a new process, there is a good chance your electrical and instrumentation drawings are not up to date. Between process changes requiring different instrumentation, motor size changes, junction box additions, and other factors- the drawings you and your maintenance team rely on probably have discrepancies from what currently exists in the field. You can imagine the cost associated with both loss of production, and possibly safety issues that can arise from inaccurate drawings. We will work with your maintenance team to get an accurate representation of the current state of your instrumentation and electrical systems. Then, deliver to you professional, searchable drawings. If needed, we can compile and create your drawing library for even greater troubleshooting help!
